If you have taken a look at the sidebar of my blog, you may have noticed the Major League Baseball All-Star logo with a note to please vote for the Texas Rangers. With only three days left in the voting, I'm campaigning for our guys one last time. :) Oh yes, we are VERY proud of our Texas Rangers around here. Like I've said before, "for better or for worse, in wins and in losses, in cold temperatures and in the ungodly Texas heat, I'm a Rangers fan for life!" If you have time, would you mind please voting for the Rangers? It's VERY simple. You just click here for the link. You will be asked to submit your votes for the American League and National League (for you none baseball folks, the Rangers are in the American League). If you don't have a National League team you would like to vote for, might I suggest the Braves? ;) I also like them. You can vote up to 25 times. The best part is that your votes aren't erased, you just have to click submit again. It takes maybe 5 minutes to vote 25 times.
For all of you local folks, if you vote 25 times and list the Rangers as your favorite team on the ballot, you will be emailed a voucher for two FREE tickets to a Rangers game (restrictions apply to what games the vouchers are good for).

When I was a teenager, I would listen to one baseball game on the radio while watching a different one on TV. I read every book I could get my hands on about baseball greats, and had all their baseball cards. (This was a while ago. :-) My mother threw out all my baseball cards when I was in South America for a year. There were several that would be very valuable now. :-((((
