Blog Challenge Day 18- Sleeping habits



Blog challenge Day 18: What are your sleep habits?

I try and at least be in bed by 10 or 10:30 on work nights. I probably get to sleep about 11 or so (unless the Rangers are playing on the West Coast, then this time is a little later). I rarely sleep through the night without waking up (even if I take sleeping medication). I can usually fall back asleep but there are times when I wake up about 2am or 3am and I'm up for the rest of the night. I prefer to sleep with a fan on, mainly because I like being under blankets. I have a hard time sleeping if I'm really hot.
