I felt the need to post some of my favorite scriptures today. It has been a long week (and it's only Tuesday). Also, I know I have friends facing challenges right now. If they are reading this, hopefully these verses will help them!
Also, the first part of Phil 4:11-13...not sure what the actual verse numbers are, but:
For I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned to be content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.
The fact that Paul could feel content despite HIS circumstances gives me hope. And makes me feel a little silly when I get all down in the mouth. ;)
