I'm not sure it was supposed to be funny, but it was beyond ridiculousMerihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08423593911232228585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494009347620356728.post-18078530975069044312011-04-28T15:25:05.402-05:002011-04-28T15:25:05.402-05:00Sean of the Dead is more my style when it comes to...Sean of the Dead is more my style when it comes to scary movies. I grew out of them when they changed from monster/paranormal movies, to slasher movies. But back in the day when I did watch them I think the Nightmare on Elmstreet franchise was my favorite, with III Dream Warriors being my fave.

I watched IT as well for Jonathon Brandis. I'm still taken aback when something reminds me of his death. It was such a tragic loss of one so young.

I'm trying to think of something I've seen as an adult that I liked, but there are so few...30 Days of Night, there's one. Am I the only one that remembers when vampire moves used to BE horror movies?

Happy TT,

~Xakara
13 SongsXakarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12643255392076283232noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494009347620356728.post-68991342567027816832011-04-28T13:50:00.274-05:002011-04-28T13:50:00.274-05:00I like the scream movies best cause they don't...I like the scream movies best cause they don't give me nightmares... yes i get nightmares... dawn of hte dead has scarred me for life!Eschelle Westwood Mumfectionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04896637640170257276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494009347620356728.post-75353814578094660762011-04-28T12:42:42.563-05:002011-04-28T12:42:42.563-05:00Hope you get better fast!! My husband keeps trying to get me to watch 'What Lies Beneath' with him, but when I saw it in the theater, there was a part at which I audibly (and loudly) gasped. A guy in front of me turned around and sneered, 'Good Grief!' :-) Still, if they left out the orchestra, there would be little left to really scare a person I think. Except there used to be an old TV program, long long before you were a glimmer in anyone's eye, called 'Thriller.' Now THAT was scary! :-)Cranberry Morninghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10758563068581561194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494009347620356728.post-34803132809403506612011-04-28T11:52:11.247-05:002011-04-28T11:52:11.247-05:00Also...The Watcher in the Woods...was that a Disne...Also...The Watcher in the Woods...was that a Disney movie? I think I saw Halloween 8 when I was in college, but I don't remember it being scary at all. The movies that did me in? "Seven" & "The Sixth Sense". "Seven" especially scared me for a long time...it's one of those movies I wish I'd never seen! :)

Glad to see you back...although maybe not 100%. Hope you get better & stronger soon! :)Jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17711588536155092655noreply@blogger.com
